To keep your trailer in service for as long as possible, it’s worth carrying out regular maintenance work<\/strong> (service repairs). We’ll be happy to check the brakes, lighting and axles and restore your trailer<\/strong> to its original condition. Standard trailers<\/h2>\n
Choose your trailer from one of the many different models in our product range<\/strong>. Thanks to our extensive know-how, we have an overview of the market and can offer you the products that best suit you and your application<\/strong>. Our standard trailers are available as high or low loaders<\/strong>, or as single or twin axles<\/strong>, with or without brakes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Flatbed trailer – when the width of the trailer is important<\/strong>. On a flatbed trailer, the wheels are mounted under the trailer chassis. This means that the loading height is slightly higher than on a low-loader<\/strong>. A flatbed trailer is compact and easy to manoeuvre<\/strong>. The sideboards of a high-bed<\/strong> trailer open on three sides, making it easy to load<\/strong> the trailer from both sides.<\/p>\n
Low-loader – when loading height is important<\/strong>. Thanks to its low load sill<\/strong>, a low-loader<\/strong> allows you to load your goods without too much effort from the rear<\/strong>. The low load sill is made possible by the fact that the wheels of a low-loader are located on the left and right of the trailer structure. If the low load sill isn’t low enough for you<\/strong>, you can also consider a drop-side trailer<\/strong>. You’ll then be able to access the trailer on the same level. A lower load sill also has the advantage of allowing greater interior heights<\/strong>, for example for boxes or tarpaulins. The low-loader also has driving advantages, because its low centre of gravity and the greater distance between the wheels, unlike a high trailer, make it more stable on the road<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
One- or two-axle trailer<\/strong>? A single-axle trailer has a lower dead weight than a two-axle trailer, can often still be driven with a normal category B driving licence<\/strong> (750 kg total weight) and is also ideal for small towing vehicles. With a single axle, the trailer can still be easily manoeuvred by hand, even when loaded<\/strong>. On the other hand, a two-axle trailer can carry much heavier loads<\/strong> than a single-axle trailer.<\/p>\n

The trailer that perfectly meets your needs<\/strong>. A standard trailer doesn’t always meet the requirements you need for everyday use<\/strong>. A special Wenger trailer is a completely customised construction<\/strong>, built to your requirements. This guarantees that the trailer will suit you perfectly.<\/p>\n
Through-loading system<\/strong>. It’s ideal for haulage companies<\/strong>, among others. The trailer with opening options at the rear and front<\/strong> allows you to load and unload a road train without uncoupling it. A trailer fitted with a loading system can be opened quickly<\/strong> and safely at the front<\/strong> using the system that suits you best. Ramps connect the towing vehicle to the trailer, making it easy to load and unload your goods.<\/p>\n
Different body shapes make transport easier<\/strong>. Whether it’s a van, tarpaulin, flatbed or refrigerated trailer<\/strong>, we offer the same assembly options as for chassis. So you can have a crane<\/strong> or lifting platform<\/strong> fitted to your trailer, or you can determine the size and length yourself.<\/p>\n

Trailers with bodywork – Semi-trailers<\/h2>\n
Wenger semi-trailers tailored to your specific needs. We deliver customised semi-trailers<\/strong>, entirely adapted to your needs<\/strong>, taking into account your budget and the specific use to which the construction must withstand. All our products, which we also offer for chassis, are also available as semi-trailers<\/strong>. These include tarpaulin-covered bodies, vans with or without refrigeration, and flatbeds. As with normal trailers, we offer you the option of fitting lifting platforms or a crane to your semi-trailer.
